Legacy Gifts in Action: Fulfilling the Mission

Unrestricted gifts for "greatest need" are truly a blessing! These types of gifts allow us to make great decisions for current needs in programming, special projects, aid, and facilities. These are several of our highest priorities:

Resident Benevolence: A Financial Safety Net

"What happens if I run out of money?" is a common question early in the admissions process. Even the best planning can be at risk during a crisis. Greencroft and the Foundation pledge to walk alongside qualified residents who outlive their resources through no fault of their own, preserving a home in their community. The Resident Benevolence Fund makes this mission possible.

Team Member Benevolence: Aid in a Moment of Crisis

This fund helps our colleagues when unplanned financial emergencies arise. Often seen as an unpaid utility or car repair bill, life's hurdles can affect work performance and attendance. Largely funded by team members' generosity, we support each other in our time of need

Education: Creating a Robust Healthcare Workforce

This country is in a healthcare workforce crisis. There are just not enough nurses and CNAs coming into the workplace to care for current and future retirees. The Greencroft Communities Foundation is partnering with colleges and school districts in new ways to be on the leading edge of building this workforce together. Scholarships, equipment, facilities, and programs open the door to new ways we can be active in a student’s career choice and direction.
